Mr. Galante has been practicing law for over a decade and he represents employees in a variety of employment-related claims, including all forms of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour law violations. He has substantial experience working for major law firms, which provides him with valuable insight into the strategies and tactics used to defend against employment claims.

Mr. Galante is also experienced in the areas of professional liability and business contract disputes, having successfully defended clients in matters involving multi-million dollar damage claims. In conjunction with his litigation experience, Mr. Galante has considerable experience negotiating and drafting contracts, and advising clients how to best avoid hidden risks in the process.

Mr. Galante started his own law firm after practicing at the firm of Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, where he was a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups and focused his practice on employment and business litigation matters.
