Mr. Galante is an accessible, hardworking and dedicated employment attorney who has been practicing law for nearly two decades.  He has collected millions on behalf of wronged employees and has dedicated his professional career to fighting for employee rights.  Mr. Galante represents employees in a variety of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour law violations. He has substantial experience working for major law firms, which provides him with valuable insight into the strategies and tactics used to defend against employment claims. Mr. Galante started his own law firm after practicing at the firm of Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, where he was a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups and focused his practice on employment and business litigation matters.
